This facility has the most WONDERFUL residents EVER but most the staff isn’t caring enough for this job. There is a few caregivers that put in the effort but most don’t. And the corporate office does not care u try to call them an let them know stuff An they shut u down to allow the inappropriate things to keep going on. An u mid as well skip talking to the director/administrator that gets you know where either.
