Context

I purchased some boots here for winter use. The leather was unexpectedly damaged rather easily very early on, and even though there was no perfect solution, after understanding how upset I was, Context went above and beyond to stand behind their product and make it right. I'm happy to say that the boots look much better after their intervention, and I really appreciate that they took the time to do that.
