Comfort Keepers Home Care

I have asked that Theresa not be sent to Iva Danielsons house any more and someone has sent her back there. Extremely disappointed in Comfort Keepers for doing this!! The other ladies are very nice.

Was at Waukesha Memorial Hospital in January and was appalled at seeing elderly patient wearing only a hospital gown being loaded into transport van for this company. She exclaimed how cold it was! No kidding! I had several layers of clothing on and she was nearly naked. There should be no excuse for this in Wisconsin's winter!
