As new home-buyers my wife & I did not know much about the home-buying process. Sure we read articles online and received advice from friends and family, but having Tad Williams as our realtor was HUGE. He answer all of our questions and did not hesitate to educate us through the process (even as we felt some questions were trivial). He listened to our list of must-haves, kept us within our budget and was very quick to alert us of new listings and schedule showings around our busy schedule. My wife works days and I work nights so it was important for us to see the properties together as much as possible. Tad had no problem working his schedule into ours and it payed off as we found our first home in a matter of weeks thanks to Tad. We really enjoyed the knowledge that Tad brought to the table. You could tell he has been in the industry for a long time and for us that was a BIG plus. He was able to tell us what to look out for and guide us through what it would cost (ballpark of course) to repair some things. His advice was completely neutral, which was also refreshing. We never felt like he was “selling us”, merely telling us what to look for and what a home-buyer would be interested in.
The only unfortunate part of buying our first home is that we no longer need Tad’s services! Thanks Tad!
