Coach's on the Lake

Very disappointing first experience. Sat at the bar and it took quite a while to get service. Understood it was busy but the bar staff kept over looking us and served 2 sets of people who were standing by us (after we were there). When we were finally served a drink we asked for a menu. We had to flag someone down to take our order only to be told it would be 20 mins before they would be allowed to take an order. Again, being from the food industry I understand pacing orders as to not back up the kitchen. BUT, what made us decide to leave was witnessing a staff member behind the bar constantly licking his fingers and then touching straws, glasses, barware, etc. This is not an exaggeration, it was thumb in the mouth or licking a finger without washing hands. Immediately after putting his finger in his mouth he put a straw in someone's drink, touching the tip. We didn't want to risk him touching our food so we asked to check out. We discovered by the other bartender that it was one of the owners. WHAT?! We couldn't believe it. We may, Just may try them again, but we'll be selective of who serves us.
