I went to the store in March to buy earrings for my bridesmaids. The clerk who rang me up asked if I would like to sign up for a free magazine. All I had to do was sign to confirm what my address was. Fast forward 2 months and on my credit card statement I am being charged for two separate magazines. I in no way authorized these charges and the store clerk completely lied about what would be happening. They took my credit card information which I used to purchase the earrings and forwarded it on to these magazine companies. Luckily, I caught the charges and the magazine company reversed them.
Please don't fall for their scams and be wary if they ask you about FREE magazines. You will be charged!
