Charleys Philly Steaks

I've been here a few times, while at the mall, and I'm really torn on this place. I like the menu, and the prices are fair, but the staff really don't do this place justice. If you catch the right crew on, you will find it an enjoyable experience, otherwise.. You will often find yourself being repetitious and feeling unheard, because they aren't listening. Some are very rude to the customers and there seems to be a pretty high turnover rate. The worst part for me is the fries..No quality control. I often find myself throwing out a good chunk of them because they have rot in them. Eating one of those usually ruins a meal for me, and a good chunk of my day. It's a shame when you have to examine your food because the cooks don't.
