My appliances seem to love this shop... They keep inviting them back! They have serviced my 6 year old dishwasher and 10 year old front loading washer & dryer several times for different problems. They have ALWAYS been on time--in fact, always near the front end of the service window we negotiated on the phone. They have been able to come on the same or next day, and have been flexible with scheduling. They have always done the repair correctly and at a very fair price. What I appreciate the most is that the serviceman has taught me a lot of things about the mechanical workings of my appliances, especially the dishwasher. For example, my dishwasher filter kept getting clogged. They taught me how to get to the dishwasher motor and filter, and then made some minor alterations to make it easier for me to get to the filter. I love learning things, but this saved me money and time and aggravation. The office staff has always been upbeat, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. Champion is a small local shop, and I like supporting small local businesses.
