What I really appreciate about Al and Ed is their honesty and flexibility. I needed to have the brakes done on my wife's Volvo and we scheduled the repair. Al called me a bit later that day and said because of the way the parking brake works he was not comfortable in doing the repair. Instead of getting into the job and making a mistake. Other work I have had done there has always been completed to my very picky satisfaction.
