Carter's

Carter's is great, Anna is my favorite person to do my hair! You really feel like you're getting the Royal Treatment when you are here, I wouldn't trust my hair anywhere else.

They have a huge selection of clothes. Constant promotions all the time. I do get an excessive amount of marketing emails from Carter's & OshKosh. I would say at least 4-8 everyday depending on the day. But, at least you know they have lots of deals and they send additional coupons in the emails. Usually with 15-20% off on top of the other ongoing promotions. If you are looking for something in particular, I'm sure you will find it here..they have everything. My interaction with the staff was limited to checkout, so I can't really comment on that aspect.
