Caron's Campus Area Housing

I have had a very poor experience with Caron Campus Area Housing. I have rented from them for almost four years and live in one of the duplexes in the country which were supposed to be a "higher end" condo living experience. Ever contact with the office staff has been horrible. Staff, especially a woman named Chris (I believe) were extremely rude and condescending. When I called to let them know my car had gotten stuck in the driveway for the THIRD time in two weeks as she snow had not been removed, I was told that I wasn't the only one waiting to get plowed out. Mind you, this was over 12 hours AFTER the snow had stopped. When asked why my $50 'condo fee" was not being used for lawn care and snow removal, I was told that there are many other properties that the landlord has that need the lawn care and snow removal first?!?! Many times my requests for service have been ignored. I would call to follow up on a service request I entered, I was told on several occassions that it had been completed when clearly it had not. But, on the plus side, my neighbors were nice!
