I received a call to let me know when the plumber would arrive. He was knowledgeable, courteous, did a great job installing the water softener. I didn't want the dog bothering him and he said he was good with dogs. So I let the dogs meet him and that ended their worry about someone they didn't know in our house. Actually he didn't have to listen them bark after I let them meet him. Thank you for the timely and expert service.
