I had never considered using a staffing agency to find new employment - my experiences with Cadre have made me a believer! It was a very positive experience overall. I really felt that they were looking out for me and my needs, rather than just trying to fill positions for their clients. The courteous staff paid a great deal of attention to what type of employer I was looking for - even asking about work/life balance and workplace culture, as well as the usual salary requirements questions. Nearly 2 months ago, Cadre found me a temp-to-hire position at a wonderful, stable company. The greatest part - it took them less than 2 weeks to do it! I will definitely recommend their service any friends that may be looking for new employment.
