Really upsetting! I've called 3 times and left a message each time to set up a brow appointment and to see if they had any availability to book a wedding make up party, and I clearly said even if they don't have any availability for wedding make up that I'd still like to get my brows done! This was disheartening to see because of all the good reviews.
