Buffalo Wild Wings

Placed an order thru the website for a order of wings. My receipt showed that Order would be ready in 20 min. I gave them an additional 20 min before I arrived. I paid for my order and noticed that my food was not in the warmer. The waitress went back to the kitchen and then came back and did a few odd end jobs like refill the menus before going back to her register. She said nothing to me. A few minutes go by and she goes back to the kitchen before coming back up to her register. At this point I asked her if they had any idea how much longer it would be. She said there were some communications issues with the website and they were looking into it. Then she printed a receipt and went back to the kitchen. They must think I’m an idiot and am not following what’s going on here! Then the waitress comes back up and said they were making my order right now. Really?? They offered me a coupon for a free snack size lol. Seriously?? I also find it interesting that between the google reviews and Facebook, there are numerous bad reviews, and not a single comment from the restaurant. We won’t be back here.
