I've never felt so uncomfortable in a salon before. The women there don't seem to be real professionals at all. I walked out crying with messed up hair. They are highly priced with poor experience. You can get a better cut with cosmetology students than this place and that's for sure. Better yet, super cuts is cheaper and they can do a better job. I got my hair shampooed and before the cut the lady used a comb to rip out the tangles. She yanked my hair so hard I felt my hair ripping off. She started to cut my hair without asking what I wanted. I stopped her and told her what I wanted. I told her slightly below shoulder length and framed around my face. When I realized that she was cutting near my neck I had to stop her again. I walked out and had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed. I ended up getting a bob cut because they messed up my hair pretty good. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone and after reading the reviews they should just get shut down. I wish I can add pictures to show you all the damage they did to my hair.
