STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSPECTION SCAM....NOT A SERVICE...
I just bought a house this spring and being it was my first house I relied heavily on my realtors recommendations (Shorewest Realtors) I wish I would not have listened to them about Brian's Home inspection. Brian showed up earlier than what he was supposed to and missed several red flags that should have been noticed; a tree to close to the foundation, poor grading to the house, soil on clay bricks, cracked bricks, are all things that the contractor said should have been easily caught by an inspector. Brian has his contract written up in a way that eliminates him from any liability so he does not care what kind of job he does or who has to pay for his poor inspection which home owners rely on. Save yourself the STRESS and HEADACHE and go with an inspection service that has good reviews (even if you pay twice as much) because your first home should be a good experience. I don't know how this company is still in business...
