Very upset and disappointed with this vet. Had to wait 40 mins past appointment time for Dr Williams to see our dog. Once he finally got to us, he only looked at my dog's ear for a couple of minutes then said he has no idea what the red lump on his ear could be. He suggested I bring him back the next day so they could remove it. The estimated cost to remove was just shy of $800. I said that was way out of our budget. They said fine, but I still owed $65. When questioning why that cost was so high, I was told the doctor's time is very valuable. Really!!! That much to look at his ear quickly and say he has no clue! I would not have minded paying for an exam if I would have really gotten one or any information about the lump on his ear, but I clearly did not get either of them. I will never return to the vet. Please beware of them.
