I've been renting here for three years and in that time management at all levels has failed to honor the contractual agreement signed. It's turning into a slum. On-site managers are rarely in the office during posted business hours and when there is an emergency with the sewage pumping station, are not available at all. Calls have to be directed to an area manager to send out a crew from another county to repair it, meanwhile, black water and raw sewage fill the neighbor's lot. County Health has refused to help in this either. Horrible company to lease from, no real maintenance in the park other than mowing the grass is done and a great deal of bad attitude dished out. As soon as I can afford to I will be moving out, home included.
