Polite staff. I donate twice weekly and would say I get a competent employee doing plasma draw about 95% of the time. I only wish you had the option of anonymous blocking certain employees from being assigned to you. My only complaint is when I see one of the few bad ones assigned to me knowing that they will cause my donation to take longer and likely painful.

Always friendly and allow you to donate if you pass everything they have to check and plus plenty of cute nurses to poke you with the needle
