They took their time to figure out what was wrong with my phone and even gave me a replacement phone to use while my phone was being sent off to be fixed. I would recommend this place for mobile problems. Even though it did take more than one hour, they examine everything about the phone before telling me why my phone wasn't working, unlike the first Best Buy Geek Squad I visited prior that only took 5 minutes only to tell me that my phone is dead!
