Bergstrom Ford Lincoln of the Fox Valley

I was a longtime customer. But I went there in December 2017 and May 2018 for tire rotations for two different vehicles. I marked my tires prior to going and the first time the tires were not rotated at all and the second time only two tires were moved. Makes me wonder what other services were not completed. I sent an email to the GM of Bergstrom Ford who responded that they are spending a lot of money on training which will "pay off in time". REALLY!? The employees are cheating customers and putting safety at risk and his response is that it will be corrected at some point in time? I DO NOT RECOMMEND BERGSTROM FORD SERVICE DEPT AS THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
