Poor attention to detail. I asked for a blue shellac manicure. There is blue all over my skin/cuticle area. This looks incredibly unprofessional. I tried to tell my manicurist multiple times what I was unhappy with, and he either didn't understand, or blatantly ignored me. Either way, I won't be coming back.
