I was here as support for a patient. I noticed a very warm and comforting environment. We were greeted within 3 steps in the front door by a friendly lady informing us where to go. Than a receptionist we were passing by at the entrance also gave a sincere greeting. We followed the simple directions we were given at the door to find our check in desk. We were presented yet again welcome and friendly service. It was quite a busy day with high volume patients and I still felt calm and comfortable because of the service. If I ever need to be a patient it will certainly be here I seek to get care.
