Spent thousands of dollars with this company in the last two years. In hindsight, I wish I would have gotten bids from other companies. Their initial price was extremely fair and it sounded like I would be the first job in spring. I was the 'first on their list' which meant my job was started in August. My fair price was hit with a slew of unexpected change orders. And now this year I have some issues with my flagstone and plants that did not make it that should be replaced under warranty. I keep calling every two weeks and warranty items have not been fixed this year yet (6 months of calling so far). The outfit seems understaffed and the Owner promises the moon, but never follows through. I hope I can save other customers my frustration.
