The dear lady taking my order was slow to respond to my needs and I thought maybe I would pursue another source before finally ordering.
She is probably really a neat girl with a husband, kids, and maybe some grandkids, I really don't want to run her down but ordering as others has found is not a happy event.
I finally gave my order, cc, and all the specifics and then waited for a week - no battery. I finally called and made no contact, waited a couple more days and called again with the same result. Then we got an email that informed us they were sorry and they but would get the order right out.
After a few more days and no, battery, I called again, talked with the same woman about the order and suggested I might just cancel my credit card charge though the Bank, etc. "Oh, we don't charge your cc until we ship. And we will get it out right away." Help!!!
Five days later, guess what? The battery arrived. It was a good battery, the price was right but everything else was a frustrating experience. The company has the right supplies, a good website - but lacks the customer care, it must cost them a lot of business they could otherwise have with some better order takers.
