Ball Body Shop is exceptional, to say the least. I found them online after reading dozens of reviews that read exactly as mine will. My vehicle was damaged by another driver, but I knew the right repair facility could make all the difference. After the work was done and as I drove home, I tried to think of one thing they could have done better, or been sharper at, but I could not think of one. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted professionally and I felt "at home," if you will. Diana was very kind and cordial when we spoke on the phone, and she handled everything efficiently and with a smile - a real credit to the team up front who all seem to keep customer service their number one priority. I worked mainly with Cim who helped with my estimate, listened to my concerns and established a solution to the needs at hand with care. His attention to detail really stood out. He called me back quickly, he worked directly with the other insurance company, and he followed-up with me throughout the process. The team behind the scenes did a great job as well - the workmanship on the repair is superb and it was completed ahead of schedule.
