I was in town on business and came on a Tuesday night by myself and I would describe the restaurant as reasonably busy. I was seated fairly quickly but it took at least 15 minutes (to be generous) for my waiter to come and take my drink order. Another 10-15 minutes later I had my drink. My order was taken and I waited another 40 minutes and my food had not arrived (at this point over an hour). I waited tables for years and am not unreasonable, I understand busy. My waiter not once came over and checked on me. I watched large groups seated after me order after me and get their food before me. I would have asked my waiter what the status of my food was but he never once came over to me. This is the very first restaurant that I have ever walked out of
