SPECIFICALLY ABOUT THE WOMAN'S HEALTH DEPARTMENT: This place has extremely poor communication and I would not trust them with my health. They mailed my positive test results to the wrong address so I never knew and did not even call me to notify me of my ultimately life-threatening condition. I went in to get tested again a year later on my own volition and they said I was fine but I had to dig into my online records to find that my previous test with them was not. Then they told me I needed surgery after I brought my previous test to their attention. Also they took me off of my doctor's patient caseload without notifying me, at the risk of me getting pregnant because I did not know I could no longer receive prescriptions from her. Needed to make a last minute Planned Parenthood appointment instead. Finally, they double charged me for having to have the same service done twice due to poor communication about what the service required. In summary: very disorganized and poor communication at the cost of affecting patients' health.
