Manager Karen doesn't have uptodate information on bank rules and policies. If you desire to speak to her she gets back after over a week. That too after two to three reminders.Poor customer service. Tries to show she is doing a big favor by talking to you and helping you solve a matter- it's her job and she's being paid for it. There are so many other banks which would do such things with a smile but she isn't helpful at all . Overall I'm disappointed by Karen.
