Other review is right. This place is helpless, you’ll have to wait 2 hours and counting, pass your appointment time. Even if i arrived 30mins early. Checked in at 9:30pm. Apt is 10pm. Got out the guard post at 2:35am. No point of having a damn appointment. Only nice person to talk to there is the lady at dry-goods window. Rest have a bad attitude or miserable.

Security gets a star for being cool and polite. 12 pallets and 30 hours later still here. Seriously BS
