Associated Bank

Our account was closed for no reason. We were sent a letter in the mail that our contract with associated bank states they can close our account for any reason they want to. This was all because they wanted personal information about family members overseas that had no reason to be needed. We were harassed with phone calls daily as we thought they were scammers but we never responded and then we got the letter in the mail that they were canceling our account. We banked with them for over 10 years. This is also the worst location because there's barely any parking and getting in to associate big is very annoying.
