Have had them fix my walk in cooler, my pizza prep table, my old oven and install the new ovens i bought. If it has to do with hotside they are fine. Refrigeration they are utter garbage...twice they fixed my walkin only to actually cause the problem themselves (left slag in the drain). Today however during a busy day my walk in cooler died. I was fine with paying the extra money i needed it working. The tech incall refused to come out. Claimed he couldn't find any record of me as a customer, and didnt frel like going out today. Some of the worst customer service. The tech said he couldnt verify if i was a customer...well from here on out i never will be again that is for sure!
