Been here many times. Only twice I had a problem. Once was when the cashier put her fingers into the cup that I would be using...so unsanitary! She apologized, threw it away and gave me a new one. She was distracted too much it seems. The other time was due to a medical emergency...cashier waiting on us collapsed and they were busy taking care of him so my fries were cold. I had no problem with that as to me, it shows they care about there employees!
Excellent service even if you have to wait a bit to get the food. Well worth it.
