We went here before my sister's wedding. They were amazing with all of us. Did exactly what what I wanted done. Very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend

I want to give them 5 stars because when I actually get my nails done it is great. The frustration I have is that when I make an appointment it can sometimes take 30min or 40min after my scheduled time before they can get me sitting down. When I brought it up they told me it depends on when people walk in and sign in. So then I think ok if I'm going to wait anyway I will just walk-in. Then when I walk in they say because I don't have an appointment they can't fit me in. I'm confused because before I was told essentially an appointment doesn't matter it's based on their sign in sheet, then I'm told something totally different. It is very frustrating especially because I see myself as a good customer. I am in regularly and always leave a great tip. It's sad I am now having to look for another salon to go to because there isn't much consistency on their scheduling.
