Called to ask about their expertise in docks and Doug literally hung the phone up on me! He was rude and negative poor customer service! Will never utilize them again Doug you answered I said my entire name you said “yea”. I then explained in detail what I needed you hung up. Be honest when you respond as we both know (and my voicemail says) “Kelly thus is Doug I believe our call got dropped. I seen your review on google and wanted to reach out”. My call was at 8:30am your voicemail was 1:30pm.

I purchased a 1987 Skeeter Bass boat with 1987 150hp Johnson from Doug. Doug did an outstanding job rebuilding the motor. It''s better than new. Doug walked me through all the dos and don'ts with the boat and motor. Doug is great after the sale and ready to answer your questions. Believe me, when it comes time to winterize my motor, Anchor Marine is where I am going!
