Very bad experience with this store. Heidi was terrible at communication after the sale. My charge card was used to pay for my purchase plus someone else’s service call. I was promised delivery in 10 days to 2 weeks. I called to talk to her several times in this 2 week period about the fraudulent charge. Each time I only got her voice mail and she never returned calls. On the 15 th day after my purchase, I once again called and Heidi was not in, talked to David, then finally to Ryan. Ryan said he would take care of the fraudulent charge and I cancelled my order. My account was credited for both charges quickly. Happy to be done with this transaction.

Amundsons has been my "go to" when shopping for appliances. Not only do they carry every brand, they can special order for me too. The key in my buying decision is the service after the sale. The sales staff is knowledgeable -- informing me which appliance will best serve my specific needs and budget. The installers have been great too!
