Bought a new queen size mattress set and when we hit home and removed the plastic we found a hole in the mattress. When I contacted the company I was told that's it must have happened when I loaded and strapped it down and the were not willing to try help resolve the problem at all. When we bought the set the sales man told us it has a 10 year full warrenty and then When I called about the hole and asked more about the warranty was told that it's covered as long as it was never unwrapped.
