UPDATE: For the record, I had 3 other companies come to do an estimate. Took 5 to 15 minutes. This place is a SCAM! This place deserves 0 stars. I set up an appointment for an estimate for a new furnace/a.c. unit. Just got a call to see if they could come earlier for the appointment for an estimate today. I was never told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours for an estimate. My main issue is being made to feel like I'm cheap or that I wasn't good enough for their high end stuff. Wow, without even knowing anything about me. I have a 1 bedroom condo, 800 square feet. Guess my new furnace/a.c. business and my hard earned money will be spent elsewhere. Thanks for the awful experience.
