Alakai Hotel & Suites

We made a snap decision to stay overnight after spending the day in the Dells. We wanted a jacuzzi room since it was date night. The staff at the Alakai was amazing! They had exactly what we asked for. The room was good. The jacuzzi was large and cozy. The fireplace was a great addition. The bed was so comfortable. We like a mattress on the firmer side, and it was perfect. Yes, there are a ton of options in the Dells and living so close, we have been to many of them. The staff here is second to none. We will definitely be returning. Excellent location, easy to get in and out of. An all around fantastic experience!

We stayed here the last 2 years for a tournament. I knew immthat there were changes this year. Hotel was cleaner, less cluttered in lobby and the staff was great! They addressed issues immediately and took offered their services for commercial laundry and conference room for team dinner. We were told a major remodel is planned by the new owners. I would definitely stay here again for next year's tournament as well as for personal trip.
