ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service. Over a dozen messages left both from myself and the warranty company that has contracted Airstream to do furnace work without a SINGLE call returned. We finally called the billing department as a customer and got through right away. 36 hours of no heat and they have no clue whycalls are not being returned. We even had other friends call in trying to get a return call and nothing. Stay away from this pathetic company!!!!!
