If I could give a negative rating I would!!!! Nancy Lassa came highly recommended so I set an appointment with her. I waited 8 weeks to see her to get my pain under control. I went 45 minutes from home to my appointment. That's a long drive for me! I was given the wrong address so I went to the wrong clinic so we had to drive 3 more blocks down the road to the correct one. I walk into the office 25 minutes before my appointment. I was then told since I was so late I am going to have to reschedule my appointment. She then phoned Miss Lassa who said she didn't want to see anyone else and to reschedule me. The next available appointment wasn't for another few weeks out. So not only did I waste my time. I wasted my rides time AND the vacation hours I had to use to get off of work just for this. They couldn't even have the decency to call me to tell me Nancy Lassa can't see everyone then reschedule NO they wait until I'm in the office to tell me she's too busy to see me. This was all a waste of time, money and energy. I now have an appointment with someone who has even lower ratings than Nancy. So now I have to take more time off of work. Find another ride to the clinic and probably wont be any closer to finding any pain relief.
And after reading some other reviews I am second guessing my choice to ever go to this place.
