Advanced Pain Management

I like my Dr and P.A. however, when I have a procedure, it takes hours to get it done. Love the ladies in procedure room, very comforting, kind and professional, they really try to put you at ease. Twice I've been waiting weeks to hear back from anyone about my preauthorization. Always told they haven't received anything. I have to call myself to confirm it from the insurance company, and still told the same thing until they look further, I don't think they really know what they are doing. It's getting old.

These people know how to put the patient first...the whole stall is awesome! If you need care and your doctor is just billing office visits...go see these guys and gals...they ROCK!!!
