Advanced Disposal - Omro

Placed an order for a dumpster. Which h was delivered a day later then we were originally informed. When we called to have it removed they removed the dumpster but brought a brand new that we never asked for. they were told the dumpster needed to be removed that day due to the end of the month that our lease was up and we would not have access to the Gated facility they said they said they would, however did not, it won't be picked up till after the new year! We have surrendered our keys to the building and our landlord is in reachable, so there is no way for them to retrieve the dumpster they left. We will not be responsible for their mistake! Terrible customer service and communication. We asked to speak with their dispatch to have it removed and we're informed dispatch "didn't have phones" only Skype! This is no way to run a business!
