This is the worst service ranging from drivers, dispatchers, customer service and management. They do not pick up when scheduled...say they will credit you...and then never do. They said I would get a discount if I signed a 5 year contract...never got it. They refuse to pick up trash if wheels are frozen on ice. What are you supposed to do if you try everything but it is 10 degrees outside? They refuse to even come and pick up the trash that is overflowing because they refuse to. Their prices go up... Service gets worse and worse. They are thieves.
