The staff were nice at first. I have had some positive results however they can be too aggressive with re scheduling. I tried to explain that my job causes me to attend late mtgs and that things can happen at any time that cause me to have to cancel. So, I had to cancel my final app because of work and a staff person said...oh...we all were like is this woman going to have a stroke? My first question after that was... who all knows my business? I guess that was meant to scare me into attending my final app. Due to the check ins at 9:00pm? Forceful rescheduling and the stroke comment I would not recommend this business. I also hate that I lost money by not attending my last app. I did not want anymore contact with this business.
