rude condescending receptionists. everytime I went, I was berated and made to feel less than. you work for a mental health facility. BE KIND AND GENTLE. none of those women contain an ounce of empathy,and need to get a job AWAY from the public. unbelievably, it got WORSE when my husband got laid off and had to use state insurance. they judge hard.
