Don't get fooled by the looks of the shop! I had my car's alignment done by Jim a couple of weeks ago. It was my first visit, and he answered all my question thoroughly and kindly over the phone when I was making an appointment. When I got into the shop, I was a little surprised due to the old appearance of the shop and the lack of state of the art equipment like hunter hawk-eye or whatever. Without much knowledge about alignment repairs, I thought those diagnostic equipment were necessary, and I was a little worried about how the outcome would be at the end of the day. However, the alignment job turned out to be great and I learned that an outcome of alignment depends on the skill of an expert, not high-tech equipment that raises overhead for the shop. I recommend Jim for alignment fix! Don't hesitate to give him a shot!
