AAA Professional Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning

I hired AAA Professional Pressure Washing to clean the vinyl siding and windows on my home. Tom called and we set up a time for him to come and give an estimate. He was on time, courteous, and gave me an estimate that I felt was very reasonable. We set up a date to have the work done and again, he was prompt, professional, and did all the work himself. My home looks like new again. I would recommend AAA Professional to anyone wanting their home pressure washed or the windows cleaned. I'd give him an A+ for the job!

I was given a recommendation to have Tom Ward wash my windows. I was told he did a great job and was very reasonable. So I called. We scheduled a time for him to give me a quote and he never showed up or called. I called him and we reset the time and he did come by. The day he was to have washed my windows it rained, so another date was scheduled. He was a no show. I called and something came up, so another date was scheduled. Again, no show and no phone call as to why. I called and he said he fell and broke some ribs, but would get back to me. Again, never called me, I had to call him. I followed up with him several times after that and still unable to wash windows. So we left it that I call in the spring. I have now called three times and left messages and again NO RESPONSE. I have two houses that need windows washed and you would think he would give a call back. Terrible way to run a business.
