I highly recommend William R Monroe Piano Services. Bill is an excellent piano technician and restoration specialist, who has worked on my piano for many years. He is considerate of his clients, scheduling appointments that work for busy families. As a retired teacher, I appreciate the fact that he always keeps my limited budget in mind when it comes to making repairs. He is very good a finding “fixes” that are budget friendly. He recently also tuned and repaired my daughter’s piano – an old one that she was given by a neighbor. After working his magic, her old piano sounds great and is now easy to play again.

Not only is Bill's work exceptional, he is an excellent communicator. He can explain the technical aspects of his work in terms that we all can understand. He has completed extensive action work on two of our pianos and I have been amazed at the transformations. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone needing piano restoration.
